1. Are Snoovo products safe for children?
Yes. Our plush toys are made from soft, child-friendly materials.
We always recommend supervision for very young children and following basic toy safety guidelines.
2. What are your plush toys made of?
Our dolls and plush toys are made from soft polyester fibers and filled with lightweight, comfortable stuffing designed for everyday hugging.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days within the U.S.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We’ll take care of it quickly.
6. Can I return my order?
Because many of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly help with a replacement or refund.
7. Are the colors exactly as shown?
We do our best to display accurate images.
Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
8. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible.
Once shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
