At Snoovo, we carefully select products we believe families will love. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Because many of our items ship directly from our trusted partners, we are unable to accept traditional “change of mind” returns.
However, we gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:
✅ The item arrived damaged
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The item was significantly different from what was described

within 48 hours of delivery
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will offer:
• A replacement at no cost to you, or
• A refund to your original payment method
Please note:
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank
• We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been used
• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will always do our best to help you file a claim
